Refund Not Processed for Unused, Unopened Bag
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Valentino's online store at valentino.ae. I purchased a bag which I decided to return. The bag was unused, unopened, and still had its paper protective coverings. They rejected my refund claiming minor damage, which i'm sure could just be cleaned off even though I sent the bag back unopened, unused. Despite following all the return instructions and sending the bag back promptly, my refund has not been processed.
Valentino, being one of the largest luxury fashion houses in the world, should provide exemplary customer service. However, my experience has been quite the opposite. They do not reply to emails, and the staff I have interacted with have been rude and unhelpful. Additionally, the sales associates in the store seem to know nothing about the online process, which has only added to my frustration.
As a long-time customer who has spent thousands of dollars at Valentino in different countries, I expected much better service and accountability. This lack of communication and failure to process my refund is unacceptable for a brand of Valentino's stature. I hope this issue is resolved soon, and I receive my refund without further delay.
