Same issue as many. Had a one year account and after 6 months it’s all stopped and they’ve vanished.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Reactive Outdoor. I purchased an item that turned out to be faulty, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the company has been uncooperative and in clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Reactive Outdoor refuses to provide a return label or cover the return costs, forcing customers to bear these expenses even though it’s their legal responsibility. Their terms and conditions contain unfair terms that heavily favor the company, making the return process even more challenging.

Despite numerous emails and attempts to resolve this amicably, their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. It has been a nightmare trying to get a simple refund for a defective product.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Reactive Outdoor. Their disregard for consumer rights and poor customer service make them a company to avoid. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Queried that their website was not displaying or loading correctly, considering that they are advertising as a hosting company and they have a snide reply and then blocked their Facebook page from view…

Transpires it’s just a reseller using sub par hosing reseller packages.

Would definitely avoid!!
