BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES ... I gave this company a try even after I was warned

I gave this company a try even after reading all these negative reviews.
I braced myself for a longer wait for it to arrive. Which did happen. I started the process of making a return. I emailed them, they sent an automated reply, saying to reply AGAIN, with "Agent Needed" to actaully get help. I paid $38 for the item that had several extra fees attached. (A fee from the town I live in?) and others I've never seen from a shipper. If I return it, I don't get ANY of those extra fees back. They also charge a $5.99 shipping fee for a return. So after paying $38 dollars, they will only refund me $26. I feel cheated which is terrible strategy for their brand. *Oh, I should add that the puffer jacket is paper thin. Cheaper than all the other's I've purchased from other companies.

* Received an email from customer support. Just know that they will charge back to you not only the $5.99 postage fee, they will charge you, PLUS all shipping fees.

From email from the company:

"Total Paid $38.75
Your refund of $26.77 reflects the product cost after deducting both the original shipping fee and the $5.99 return shipping fee, in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
To explain further:
The original shipping fee covers the cost of delivering your order from our warehouse to you, which is paid directly to the carrier once the order is shipped.
The $5.99 return shipping fee covers the cost of the prepaid return label and handling when your item is processed back into our system."

I was going to keep it because of all the hassle of dealing with this company but this puffer jacket is so thin and flimsy, I couldn't wear this garbage, so I'm returning it and taking the hit.

- Just as long as they are happy, right?!

NEVER EVER do they send on time, IMPOSSIBLE to contact customer service if you've not ordered yet

Some companies are beyond infuriating. Time and time again, I fell for ordering from them to have my order arrive weeks and weeks late. Their return policy is very dubious "Only in it qualifies, then it will be reviewed by an employee etc". I spent 30 minutes on their site trying to figure out how to contact them and there is NO way unless you have an order. You will never find a phone number to reach them.
It makes me sad because there is an item I really want to buy. When I saw all the added shipping I wanted to know the return policy. I wanted to chat, NOTHING. I can't trust this company so I'll have to do without the item. Terrible brand recognition.

Really good experience, I hope they refine their pre-session assessment.

I've been working with a Two Chairs therapist for a few years now. They have an affiliation with Kaiser Permeate, so I found them through this. I've found the company on the whole to be good.

One thing I'd love to see improved, if I may, I have to fill out an personal evaluation before each session and really wish there were more options between "Not at all" and "Several Days". I really hope they refine that because I don't feel like it's a true reflection of how I'm doing so I just click 'several days' for everything (because I can't speak with my therapist until I fill out the form.) So their current assessment is keeping them from getting the data they need, in my humble opinion. That said, I'm really happy with my therapist, and deeply appreciate this company. These are virtual sessions which works really great for me.

This product simply failed me

This is one product you really need to work. That's why we buy it and let it take up space on our keychain. It worked when I first tested it. When I really really needed it to work, when I was late for a crucial event, it failed. Completely. Now I can't get it to work at all. Keep shopping if you want a trustworthy 'find my ____' device.

Fraudulent

I was charged $79.20 from this company: "ESSENTIAL ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS" and I've never worked with them at all. They must have taken my cc info from the dark web. This purports to be a 'staffing company' from India. They do not answer their phones. Now I've had to cancel my cc and have to change it with EVERY SINGLE company that uses it for direct pay. This is criminal.

I had forgotten that this company can't…

I had forgotten that this company can't get items to people until weeks and weeks late. This happened 2 other times with this company. Their communication is also terrible. I placed an order a month ago and I'm still waiting on it. After waiting 3 weeks, I finally received a generic email saying it's delayed. I replied back, "Cancel my order. This is too long a wait" and they just ignored the communication. I'll never order again. If anyone IS running this company they are out to lunch.

2 instances where I was treated really great by this company

Even though this happened months ago, I was taking my Perfect Amino, as my protein for breakfast and was just remembering 2 things reps at BodyHealth did for me that I appreciate.
This was recommended by my Epigenetics Wellness Coach. So I ordered the powder and wasn't keen on the taste. I called and they graciously advised on the tablets and allowed me to switch them out at no extra cost.

THEN, about 3 months later, I'd moved, and my package of Perfect Aminos was sent to my old address and I couldn't retrieve them. Without question, the helpdesk rep, said, "No problem. We'll send out another bottle to your new address free of charge." This has been my experience with BodyHealth. They've created enough good will for me that I'd sit down to write a review 6 months after the fact.

Never seen upselling so aggressive and manipulative

Never in my life have I seen an organization more on the make to pound BRAND NEW clients for more more more money. Their up-selling is shameless and, in my humble opinion, disrespectful to the dignity of others. When you sign up for their "$67 for lifetime access" you are placed into an ENDLESS email sequence filled with pressure tactics as awful as they get. "Just a few more hours to take advantage, before this opportunity vanishes!" Their desperation to bilk you for all your worth has made me lose respect for this organization and the leadership. I sent feedback and the person responded that I'd be removed from future promotions. But the next day, guess what? More high pressure selling emails come in. Yes, they will message you EVERY day with more up selling. One gets the sense that this company is run by Gen Z'ers who are tone deaf to how a customer wants to be treated.

SUPER sneaky organization

SUPER sneaky organization. At first it was advertised as free, then... no longer free, $30 for the most basic, then every single month they keep quietly raising the fee without even any notification. After 2 months on now it's $38. What's next Flodesk? Save yourself the misrepresentation and constantly increasing fees, with no notification!

Well, it did work. But I am raving about how great it is now, not how awful it was on the app trying to find that person.

As much as I hate to admit it. It really did work for me. I had tried seven different dating sites, and they were all trash fires, pretty much. And I would say Match.com is as well. But you know, after being alone for so long, and then, finding heaven on earth, I’m glad it came this way. Of course we knew people in common but we did meet on match. We were friends for five months and now I have been deeply connected for eight months.

I had horrific experience, of course. Some made great stories. But it worked. I did the minimum payment thing and only wanted to do a few months. My sister also found her husband on match.

All this is to say, maybe lightning will strike for you. The best of luck!

Total incompetence. Bad service, but the manager did offer a partial refund

(Note there is an edit to this review at the bottom acknowledging how manager, Josh Rogers offered an apology and partial refund, yet people should know my experience to help prepare for a successful trip)
Review: Total incompetence from the call and emergency technicians. Hours spent on the phone with different ones. We had to return our RV in the middle of our trip because they did not know where the circuit breaker was. They kept looking for a button somewhere else and we kept asking is there a circuit breaker and they said no it is connected to the plug.

One technician actually said we will not spend $100 to send a technician out to help you tonight. The technician the next day said, we never send technicians out.

The crew at where we rented it was rude and acted like we were wasting their time just to orient us with a vehicle.

They don’t do appropriate safety checks on the equipment.

They sent it out with a circuit popped, so there was no power. It was a catastrophe as usual. Our food in the refrigerator went bad because they refrigerators don’t work very well. This time I truly will never ever use this company again. Go anywhere else. I’ve only ever had trouble with them in the years I have tried to do events in Vegas desert.

Updated Review: Manager at the Las Vegas Cruise America, Josh Rogers, talked with us when we brought the RV back and did show concern and acknowledged his crew sent it out without checking the power. He seemed honestly committed to making it right, and even offered a partial refund. When I gave feedback that his crew could use some customer service training, he agreed to address the matter. We did appreciate Josh's communication skills and willingness. The HQ at Cruise America who runs the phone support has a lot to learn from Josh.

Non-responsive. Refused a full refund for defective item.

I ordered a white blouse. It arrived with black ink stains.
I reached out them several times about rectifying it and they. Finally after the THIRD attempt they finally got back saying I COULD NOT GET A REFUND. I could get a 50% refund or 60% reward.
I went with the refund because I will never order anything from this company again. What kind of customer service is it when you 'only' take a 50% loss of doing business with them, plus all the headache, and lack of responsiveness. Never again.

The WORST company with the worst run…

The WORST company with the worst run around on the website! I've tried 9 times to complete the reservation and it just blinks and does nothing. I've tried to contact customer service 3 times and get nothing. I've tried to use their form to contact them and it refuses to go through saying, "Invalid Characters". This company does NOT have it together and keeps spending you message after message to complete your reservation and then you can't. Do not walk, but RUN from this company.

Just a dissappointment

There are worse dating sites out there. If you don't pay for services, they essentially make it as though your profile doesn't exist. You can 'like' your 3 choices a day, but eventually you will never hear from anyone for weeks. They also use the platform to try to sell events. I deleted my account. I'm not a fan.

The absolute worst company. You can no longer reach a rep. The tech support system hangs up on you every time after 'inviting' you to use a text link. When you do there is no one to help you on text support. My VM is full with ONE saved message in the system. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I never get voicemails when they come

I never get voicemails when they come, and many are never received at all. I wanted to update my billing information, and they told me that if I spoke to a representative I would be charge seven dollars. I kid you not. This is a miserable company.
