I had a full service, fuel clean +MOT

I had a full service .,fuel clean and a MOT. There was some confusion about the cab air filter which was recommended to be changed by the web approval system. I approved the replacement. But when I asked, when I picked up the car I was told This filter was not done. If I had not asked would you have charged me. ?? Please sort out the communication between your automated web pages and the garage it self. Because to be honest it sounded like you would have e charged me if done or not. I have been coming to this garage for a few years.and this has knocked my trust to the side a little .Usually a really good and reliable service.

Please ask you drivers to be a little more courteous to disabled buyers. But in general a great experience

BG Boiler service

BG contacted me , reminded me my boiler needed servicing which is covered on the home care package, it was easy to book an appointment and the Engineer turned up on time ,he was polite informative and efficient what else do you need top mark BG 👌

Great reliability bad smart meters

The reliability of supply is excellent
The main problem I have had for quite some time now -2 1/2 years is the smart meter will not communicate with me or and BG and in the age of EV charging this is not acceptable, get it sorted BG . update all sorted and working well and now I’m on a great tafiff 7.9p for car charging 12-5 am

Easee car charger start to finish

At first I was sceptical on the quality of product and service but when ever I rang up or asked a question during the booking process and installation I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend this service they have many types of charges and mine was a Easee, great customer service throughout 👍oh and it works
