I had a full service, fuel clean +MOT
I had a full service .,fuel clean and a MOT. There was some confusion about the cab air filter which was recommended to be changed by the web approval system. I approved the replacement. But when I asked, when I picked up the car I was told This filter was not done. If I had not asked would you have charged me. ?? Please sort out the communication between your automated web pages and the garage it self. Because to be honest it sounded like you would have e charged me if done or not. I have been coming to this garage for a few years.and this has knocked my trust to the side a little .Usually a really good and reliable service.
