I'm leaving my review because I liked it! Not because you're offering £200 in prize draws! I don't believe that! I've done several reviews and never won! I believe you do this to encourage people to leave a good review!

I will leave 0 stars! for a company that just doesn't try to solve anything! Simply nothing!!! Delay in responding via chat can take 1 to 2 days…. absurd!!! Total disrespect!!!! example you work the company passes the money to (Temper) … they tell me that I have to wait …. being that when the invoice is ready. always on the same day already enters the bank account! or at most the other day… strange the way and attitude of the chat service! always justifying himself and defending the company. The biggest loser is the smaller size that we are workers. chat experience, very bad! they don't try to solve it... they just put what they want and that's it! are not proactive! try to help solve ! zero!!!

I don't recommend this company (PURE)…

I don't recommend this company (PURE) they put their own rules that harm the customer when making the return and cashing the money. Unequal and unfair weight! where they, the company that is big, have the power and their rule of putting a percentage discount if you want to return your electric scooter within 30 days… they discount if you go over 1 km! absurd! even the scooter is 100'/, ok!! sad reality of companies that put abusive rules for customers!!! that should be with the customers and not harm the customers! sad reality ! I do not recommend for this factor… and also the Electric Scooter leaves a lot to be desired.. but the biggest factor is this inequality!!

Ridiculous! No Recommend

I I do not recommend. on my first registration they gave me 120 pounds. I made a purchase and paid the installments in advance! and they gave me a 140-pound raise. and someone else in my family gave 160 pounds on the first registration. You told me that; your answer ; Hi Alexandre, 👋
