Shockingly bad!! Please don't order from this company...
If I could give 0 stars I would!! The company should be called Jesse China not Jesse London, everything is from China, the sizes are all wrong and the quality is rubbish. It said 5-8 days delivery and it took 3 weeks for them to arrive, really not worth the wait. If you want to return anything they’ll give you 10% of the order value plus you pay an additional £10 admin fee!! So you get zero refund and they actually put in an email the suggestion that you donate your ill fitting, bad quality item to a friend or family member as this will help to support their Eco friendly ethos as their warehouse is in China. I really wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, I'm now stuck with boots that don't fit and poor quality!! Please do not order from this company...
