Non-delivery of order
I placed an order at 11.46 am today, it's now 2.32 pm and I still haven't received my food. I rang the restaurant at 12.20 pm and they advised the order had been sitting ready for pick up for at least 20 minutes. I then decided to place an order for pick up directly with the restaurant and when my husband picked it up at 1.00 pm, our Menulog order was still sitting there waiting for collection. I tried to cancel the order on Menulog and was unable to do so. None of the instructions on how to cancel the order or contact Menulog work.
