I've purchased a high-end car from ClevrCar and it was one of the easiest and transparent car buying process for any car purchases I've made so far. The team at ClevrCar accommodated my need of speaking english in the process and made sure there are no communication hurdles between buyer and seller. Besides making sure that the terms and conditions are clear to me, the team there is really good in holding hands with customers, explaining pros and cons of chasing the desired car and making sure you get a fair deal. Furthermore, they also take care of all the after purchase needs, as for eg. service, insurances, guarantees, etc. As an experience is hard for me to find any cons in my experience with ClevrCar. I will definitely come back to the same place for my next car purchase and I can only recommend Johan and the team to other customers in need for a reliable car seller/partner.

Although they had a very good and friendly pick-up experience at the pick-up desk they`ve redrawn money from my card after the contract was completed and without my permission. They have recognized the failure of misusing my card and owning me money, I had to block my card but never got my money back. Their accounting department is unresponsive, I`ve basically received 1 update in the course of the month and I now have to pursue legal action in a court of law to figure out how to get my money back. It`s hard to understand how they can redraw money on the spot but couldn`t make a refund for withdrawing amounts that don`t belong to them in more than one month. Very disappointing and I feel sorry for the people that actually work in that company and have to rely on a very shrewd accounting department.
