Bad experience

Although they had a very good and friendly pick-up experience at the pick-up desk they`ve redrawn money from my card after the contract was completed and without my permission. They have recognized the failure of misusing my card and owning me money, I had to block my card but never got my money back. Their accounting department is unresponsive, I`ve basically received 1 update in the course of the month and I now have to pursue legal action in a court of law to figure out how to get my money back. It`s hard to understand how they can redraw money on the spot but couldn`t make a refund for withdrawing amounts that don`t belong to them in more than one month. Very disappointing and I feel sorry for the people that actually work in that company and have to rely on a very shrewd accounting department.
