I highly recommend Tim and Frances who will actively sell you property and go the extra mile unlike the corporate agents. They are always available via a WhatsApp group and answer any query pretty instantly. They even offer help with a purchase via another agent. If I could ever face moving again Tim would be the first person I would call!

Updated: I contacted them as suggested and never got a response. I've brought the rating down as now my son is using it he has found he cannot use the swipe function as the name letters block it. Therefore he has lost functions in some games. Really would expect a fully working controller for the price.

Can't say if it works or not as it is a Christmas present. Disappointed that the letters are much bigger than they looked when customising it (I saved images of the customisation to compare) and also have not been applied straight. So the name looks big and wonky like it's homemade. I did expect better for the price.

Agree with other reviewers, there is no customer service. Am still awaiting a refund for valves ordered in June but they did not actually have in stock. Numerous calls, emails but no refund. Every time I get through to someone they promise a refund, confirm it in writing then nothing happens. It’s a real shame as I need to order more radiators but cannot risk losing more money to this company.
