Product came in undamaged; however, it was confusing doing the inventory...at least initially. I ordered the 19+ ft model but the inventory did not show all the parts until we realized the total was for the 13 ' plus the 6' extension. To verify the proper pieces we had to do conversions from inches to mm. There is one major conflict and it was with part # 3. Doing the conversion we came up with approximately 1232 mm but the inventory detail list shows the size to be 1310 mm. 78 mm approximately is almost 3 inches different. Not knowing what to do with this difference, we could not begin the assembly.

Arrived with all products still frozen.

Whenever I called Willis Orchard, the person was always polite and helpful. The order came promptly even with difficult weather problems in Georgia, such as very cold temperatures and frozen ground.

The DeNoise is OK but Gigapixel and Sharpen fall FAR below my expectations. I get better results from my go to software, Luminar AI.
