Very poor service

Very poor service, will never use them again.
Purchased an appliance which stopped working after a couple of months when barely used.
Warranty is only for parts so they expect you to pay for a certified engineer to find the fault and produce a report sheet to be sent to Adexa, who will then send the parts if they agree. You then have to get the engineer out again to fit. Very expensive way of doing it.....for the customer.
Communication is through email only and very slow.
