I had some issues initially in that the operation of the remote control was not very user friendly. However, a manual was provided to explain how to use it. Remote Control World acted quickly and responded to my concerns. I do appreciate their obviously strong customer service ethos.

Really happy with Gemma. Would definitely go again. What I really appreciated is that she gave me just the treatments I needed and didn't push me to attend extra sessions as can happen with other physios. Highly recommended.
