Lovely mirror

Lovely mirror, prompt delivery. Only one small ick, when paying £130 for a mirror I would have thought the screws for the fixings would have been supplied?

Did not receive my 2nd box

Received my first box, missing a recipe card but that was no biggie. Enjoyed all our meals. Waiting for my 2nd box 13/9, it didn't arrive. I spoke to customer services and they credited my account but said I would not get a box this week. Last night I got an email saying my box would be delivered tomorrow (14/9) great I thought I wont have to go shopping after all. I got a delivery notification this morning, 8th in the queue, I followed that little van all the way to my address when another email pops up, delivery cancelled! Looks like I will have to go shopping after all. Customer service has been good but the communications team need to get a handle on this. They have added insult to injury and I actually didn't know if I was coming or going. Obviously going to Tesco now!
