Terrible company didn’t give me any notice and stopped my card for 2 months they repeatedly said my account was ‘under review’ no explanation just apologising over and over again. They said they had sent me a letter they didn’t then when I phoned again they said they had ‘closed my account’ again no explanation no apology. Don’t open a bank account with these people terrible service, terrible bank.

I didn't receive my parcel £458 of dresses to try on for a holiday. They uploaded a photo that was not on my property at all. I raised a dispute the post office came out and confirmed it was not anywhere on my property, I checked with neighbours. The post office said I would get a full refund from Roman and then Roman wrote saying the Post Office had confirmed it was delivered to my property. They lied and then refused to give me my money back don't order from this company ever!

If you look at all the bad reviews they are recent! I placed an order for £458 and I didn't receive it. The delivery photo was nowhere at my address. I checked with the neighbours. I lodged a complaint, a manager from the Post Office came out to see me and admitted the photo was not on my premises and said he had no idea where the parcel was and they would refund and then claim of the Post Office insurance. I paid on Paypal. Then Roman Originals said that the Post Office had confirmed delivery which was a lie and they are refusing to refund and I am getting nowhere with Paypal.

Horrible cheaply made items totally creased and absolutely huge I am a size 14/16 and they are shapeless and far too big! I have e mailed them to return and they keep answering me with an e mail asking me to e mail support which I have done 6 times now. Obviously a scam avoid at all costs. These items are probably from China and you could buy them at less than £10 on Shein. I guess they pay people maybe staff to put on good reviews

My parcel never arrived, they asked me to allow them 28 days to investigate it with the Royal Mail and that was 8 weeks ago. I have sent 12 e mails and they are just ignoring me. They have no intention of refunding me or sending the item I paid for,

After chasing an expensive order for 2 weeks this company said it had been delivered but said they would investigate with Royal Mail. I have sent 6 e mails now and they are just ignoring me so I am going to have to try and claim it back from my bank.

I bought 3 toys for my Scottie dog which they said were indestructible. The first one lasted under 1 minute I thought it might be faulty so gave him the second one which lasted about 5 mins. I contacted the company to send the other one back and get a refund. No chance! scammers I wish I had looked at trustpilot first!
