Our warehouse was unfortunately unable to complete dispatch due to a discrepancy in stock and so we were unable to source the item to send.

I can see that this order was canceled and refunded accordingly.

A full refund was processed for this and should have receipted to your account within 3-5 working days of this date.

We're very sorry to hear that your order was delayed. Delivery to most European countries takes only a few working days. You can see the expected delivery time to your country during checkout. This is the average delivery time based on data of recent deliveries.

It can take longer to ship orders containing special items (e.g. tents, mountaineering backpacks, crash pads, walking sticks, sleeping bags, electronics and liquids) because these products are stored separately and manually packed. And in very rare cases orders can be delayed as a result of extraordinary circumstances that are beyond our control.
