Concerned quote not accurate, even though I pointed out the damage.

I had the damage assessed some 5 weeks earlier then received a price by email the next day.
I took my car in, on the scheduled day. two hours later
got a call saying that there was work needed, that wasn't included in the price, did I want the repair ?
I had no choice really but the price virtually doubled !!!
To me, there wasn't too much damage, it was all in the same line from rear wing to lower bumper. between the two sets of lights.

I have looked into your experience with Dentmagic Bristol Central .
I am glad you were happy with the repairs done by Gerry your technician . I’m sorry you seem to be disappointed with the communication in regards to the extra work found. I do see your point Gerry should of made you aware of the extra damage on drop off which we normally do as all EMAIL/WEB quotes are subject to seeing in person. Gerry was covering for the Bodyshop on that day so is not totally used to the way we work there. I do apologise for not being clearer on drop off but we do need to make customers aware of any extra damage found so you can make the decision to have the damage repaired or not .
It was unfortunate the damage on the bumper carried onto the rear quarter panel which is larger than the bumper corner but we kept the cost down as much as possible for you .
