I used this service at around 2am on a bank holiday Sunday desperately wanting advice about my beloved Labrador Max who was obviously ill. A vet Lorna McSherry contacted me via a video call within 30 minutes and offered very caring and professional advice which led me to taking Max to an out of hours vet. Unfortunately Max did not pull through but the service from Lorna and Joii was extremely helpful at a stressful time when everywhere else was closed and I felt alone and helpless.
