Whitings is not an impressing company

Products: Scanwatch Horizon, BPM Core and Bodyscan.

Looking on the Scanwatch is extremely incorrect on details as sleep and puls, where a competing watch I have is spot on and I can truly recognize my night in detail. Its a toy more than a relaible gadget.

Bodyscan ECG Monitor reading are newer closely aligned with the ECG in the BPM Core, or the ECG in the Scanwatch. Basically 3 different Withings products all showing widely different results and early if ever shown similar results.

Then is their understanding of protecting users datas, claiming it's their top priority. If your changing you phone number for any reason and forgets to deactivate the MFA you will learn what they meaning about protecting user data.

In the initial standard text shared it says that Withings protecting users data is a top priority.

If Withings is so concerned with user data protection they should also be protective to avoid sharing this data over email. Withings don’t provide a secure link to upload the most sensitive ID documentation where full social security number and ID details is available.

This is Withings willingly forcing users to set their personal ID and data at risk.

This is an unprofessional non-secure act by Withings, who claims to take protection of users data as top priority.

On the plus side, that secured them at least a rating of 2 was that once I had the watch replaced on warranty after some to much back and forth.

ELKO har ingen kunde respekt

Nok en gang har ELKO kastet om på store deler av smarthus systemet, nå er det vel tredje gang at ELKO skifter sin smart hub og presser brukerne over på ny hub. Denne gangen er det hub, kameraer og en termostat som blir uvirksom i overgang til ny standard kalt Wiser Home. Det var dråpen for meg og ELKO og dens eier Schneider har tatt et valg om å kutte videre bruk og kjøp av deres produkter

Takmontert Tørkestativ som kan annbefales.

Etter å ha søkt rundt etter gode løsninger for takmonterte tørkestativ så kom vi over produktene Interiørdetalj AS. Vi har kjøpt en 180cm utgave og kan ikke si oss annet en særdeles fornøyd med produktet.

Produktet er solid, lett og bruke og rimelig enkelt å montere. Fordelen her er at hver stang kan heves og senkes for seg. Og takket være at stengerne er solide kan du uten problem henge tyngre tekstiler til tørk. ett 180cm stativ tar full 8kg maskin greit.

For sokker og mindre plag bruker vi klesklyper og setter sammen to og to og henger over.

SAS does not provide support

Been trying since 2024 to have support with my account from SAS. They really don’t care about the fact that I can not place a ticket order anymore even.

My issues:

1. No matter how many times I change password I can’t log in on web, only app.
2. In app I can’t save my email or phone number, even I’m receiving password recovery email.. always say success but is not
3. Can’t order tickets without email in profile, but I guess they are happy not selling tickets..
4. cant delete account as I can’t log inn via web
5. can’t access and use points
6. ….

Have written to them in numerous channels, calling, chat, all of it. Even how many times I reach out they will not share a case number or send anything on email. This Ture chatbot probably holds the record in being 100% useless, but does a great job in mirroring the horrible incompetency and upholding the arrogant attitude towards the customers from a entire organization in customer relations and support functions.

Each and every time the persons says they will write it internally and nothing happens. Once I managed to have a danish speaking call me up, that said he will make a ticket and then he cut the call and did not call me back up again. If I was rude I could understand it but i nearly managed to explain what I need help for before he hang up the call…

You need to sit in front of door waiting for UPS drivers.

If you're ordering from someone using UPS; best of luck.

They say you can change the delivery, except they want a number that isn't in any of their correspondence and I can see others also googling and asking for it.

Most of the time the tracking number don't work for anything, except using the direct link in any mail from UPS.

If you're trying to register for an account, using an app and so on they say you can use something called UPS My Choice. Well I can newer complete that one, and I didn't have anymore tools from it. Neither any auto finding of packages coming my way. Most of the time the webpage only showing a rotating symbol when I'm trying to work it. App aint giving much more either.

So when you can't change anything with delivery yourself or reroute it to a pick up point, then your doomed to sit in front of the door or keeping sharp look out making sure your door bell is fully charged and on max volume. Because these people makes one attempt on the door and they are gone!

So when it's high summer or a working day you need to take the day off and keep look out for UPS, forget about taking any sun or anything else. Be sharp and ready to run to them if you have any care to catch your package.

Their trash chatbot you can't use for anything and the waiting time to get someone to talk with is just something that is created to give the operator a hard time when their finally picking up, well that is if you wish to spend a long waiting time in the call listening to automatic messages what you supposedly can do of great things online with your package...

I will be so aware to not shopping with a UPS delivery in the future. That's a total no go.

Review of Revetaljernvare

En bra service partner

Har nylig hatt en scooter på feilsøk og reparasjon hos Revetal Jernvare som holder hus i samme foretning som Jernia Revetal. Sykkelen ble satt i stand og går som en klokke, således intet å utsette på teknisk bistand. Alt levert som avtalt der.

Forbedringspunktet er kommunikasjon, hvor ikke alle som besvarer telefonen øyensynlig har oversikt over kapasitet på verkstedet. I vårt tilfelle så var det avtalt at det skulle sees på samme dag som den ble levert inn noe det ikke var kapasitet til. Slik at en kan godt ta det høyde for det som kunde, eventuelt service verksted satt opp tider.

Men vi har som sagt intet å utsette på teknisk service og sykkelen var klar i løpet av uken, så vi kommer gjerne tilbake til Revetal Jernvare på service igjen.

Grei butikk

Så lenge alt er levert rett så går det bra, og når du ringer inn og har enn spesiell forespørsel så vil nok det også gå bra. De kan være særdeles hjelpsom med råd og deler.

Men så er det noen ganger det ikke blir rett på web, du har gått inn på rett sykkel og motor type og valgt dine deler. Så oppdager du noe er feil etter montering. Kan hende det plutselig blir stille på og du kan gjøre best i å stikke innom eller ringe.

Alt i alt en ok leverandør, men er vel rett kjent i Brønnøysund registerene under navnet HAF Grenland og ikke motorleaks. Det legger de heller ikke skjul på. HAF Grenland får jevnt over bedre google rating en Motorleaks får på trust pilot.

Feil produkt/partner

Under montering ser jeg at tre av de store monteres sammen i ulik høyde og påpeker det. Ingen retting.

Etter montering opplever vi at de står og rakler i vinden og vi går opp i stige og kan kjenne hele motor / deksel delene er løse.

Vi kjøpte med soløye og vindsensor. Det sendte vi raskt tilbake men det tok endel tid og mange oppfølgning fra vi meldte i fra til dette var endelig avsluttet. Da måtte vi også selv omprogrammere motorene. Problemet med soløye er at de kjører opp og så må du stoppe de da lyset var sjenerende nok for TV. Noe annet er at dette er ikke smart produkt, du må endre følsomheten lokalt i sensoren på veggen og kan ikke gjøre det i app.

Vi har tre prosent duk men det er ikke nok for å ta refleksjon fra TV. Generelt skulle jeg i dag ønske at vi hadde kjøpt utvendige persienner og ikke Zip screen.

Men det skal sies at zip screen er helt rå på å stoppe varme og vi har knapt kjørt AC denne sommeren. Men det hadde nok utvendig personer også gjort.
