Have heard back from Effecto and apparently even though there is NOWHERE in the app you can cancel this subscription, according to their POLICY all payments are non refundable once processed. If i have ever had an app that was incorrectly kept after the subscription period i was refunded the money straight away no questions!!!!!

NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company!! Do not make the same mistake as me. Items arrived but too small so contacted the email on their website to return and they never get back to you with the address to send it back to. I have contacted numerous times and just get an automated email back to say they have received the email. Zero customer service and take your money then disappear!!!

Do not get caught out by this app!!! I downloaded it sometime ago and suddenly a whole years subscription fee was taken out of my account with no email warning!!! Logged into my account and there is nowhere to cancel the app and no details of the card I used. Usually if you have accidentally subscribed to an app they will give you your money back immediately no questions. This one has excessive terms and conditions that obviously state they can scam who they want!!! App is crap anyway. Do not make the same mistake as me!!!

Ordered through my McDonald’s app, £40 worth of order, many items missing, small portions of fries even though ordered a large, spilt drinks so only had half the drinks, cold food!!!!! Contacted uber eats apparently I do not qualify for a refund!!!
How can they get away with taking your money then not giving you the goods. Contacted McDonald’s and got told to contact uber eats!!! Never going to use them again!!

Do not order from this company!!!! Ordered two sets of sunglasses and when i received them they were of poor quality and were so big they didn't fit my face and just fell off. Contacted JYY London and they said i couldn't send them back as sunglasses were non refundable. I contacted them again and said they were faulty and they told me to send them back for a full refund. Days later after i returned them i received them back saying sunglasses are non refundable even though they told me i could send them back for a full refund. I sent a few emails after this with absolutely no response!!!! Will never order from this company again!!!
