Good quality products and it’s helpful that you can buy duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets separately rather than in a packaged set as not everybody wants standard size pillowcases.
I’m waiting for more colours to become available so I can buy more!

Non-existent customer service for consumers or retailers. Items advised as out of stock after ordering and shifting due dates with no explanation. Stroppy and unhelpful responses from the 'technical team'. I wish I had chosen a different brand

Should you wish, you can check the email comms I’ve had with your technical team. I’m still waiting for them to reply to my email dated 16th and 17th October.
EDIT 5 Nov 24: It's now 11 weeks that I've had a shower tray on order and I'm still being given 'provisional' dates. Surely Crosswater's production team know whether or not they are actually making the product. Case ref: 00356646

Appalling customer service - if you can even get through to them - and when you manage to get through it takes forever for them to respond to each chat message you send.
They tell you the service is going to be one price then bill you another - I cannot wait for my contract to end so I can dump them.

We contracted Fletcher Longstaff to sell a property before it went on the market, and this enabled us to get most of the required paperwork completed ahead of receiving an offer.
Tom was responsive to emails, professional, and efficient from start to end. Everything ran smoothly despite our tenant's attempts to disrupt the sale.
Being able to do everything electronically was a key factor in choosing Fletcher Longstaff; that and knowing that we would be dealing with the same person throughout the transaction and that the fees are set out clearly beforehand so there are no nasty surprises come completion date.
I would have no hesitation in using Fletcher Longstaff again as a good conveyancer is hard to come by!
