Tech probably did a good job

Tech probably did a good job. I was out of town so I no no interaction with the tech. I really don’t like being given 1 day’s notice to service my home.

What a scam of a company Zappify Pro /…

What a scam of a company Zappify Pro / Sapience Group LLC! Buyer be ware is an understatement. Bought three of their bug zappers for $123.51and not a single one of them worked. The only way to get to customer services is not easy but I did finally make contact with them via text. They first offered me a 30% refund which I declined. They sent me a reply text saying that the refund ticket has expired (1) day after the first text. Then I reached out again and they offered me a 40% refund. I declined and asked for a return shipping label. They will not pay for a returned items so I said I would pay for the return and wanted my full refund. They agreed, and I sent the products back via UPS. While this was going on, the debit card which I made the purchase through Pay Pay was hacked with a matter of hours after they agreed to a full refund. Naturally, I canceled my original debit card so the refund I was promised is now in limbo and the refund was $31.00 dollars short of a full refund. Pay Pal is "USELESS" in these situations that involve scam companies.

Frootbat is great with one exception!

Frootbat is great with one slight hiccup. My shipment was split up into two shipments under one tracking number. The problem was that Footbat didn’t let me know that there was the shipment was split up.
