Aus Zappify 

Bought 3 , what a useless product, a total waste of money , thought give them a week to try out , absolute nothing , once charged didn't even last 8 hours , caught nothing .

It’s a rip off. Does nothing. Do not buy.

The company is impossible to deal with and they are dishonest. You buy in Australian dollars but when you click to order the it charges US dollars! They also charge exorbitant international shipping fees when in fact they are only shipping from Sydney Australia. The company was unresponsive to my complaint regarding the extra charges, claiming it was too late as the product had already been sent! The product itself is useless!! the battery life isn't anywhere near what they claim it to be and it is not effective in killing mozzies. I bought this for my 3 year old grandson who is allergic to mozzies but relying on this product did nothing but endanger his welfare!

Absolute waste of money. This zappify thing does nothing!!!

Ordered zappify and didn’t receive Total SCAM!!

I had placed an order for 1, its over 20 days but have not received any notification on product delivery. The tracking number does not show any updates of product delivery. When contacted them they replied contacting the courier directly, and when contacted the courier which the Link they sent was for Aust Post, they say they have not received any such product for delivery, this was last update on 25th Nov. Now when contacting Zappify, there is no response for my emails and no other source of contact. It's a total fake, don't waste your hard-earned money on believing buying these products which you may never receive, be careful.

Are you all dumb these work better than any other product on the market but know this the originals sell out of US not Australia. Zapify.com the real ones that work are sold in a white box I repeat out of the USA. These ones sold in Australia are a copy of the real deal.... go figure do your research instead of being lazy n beeing ripped off

Not one in mine after many nights use . But plenty of bites on me. Don't waste your money.

I looked up there website and nearly bought 1 through PayPal but then decided not to buy because of low reviews. A month later I received 2 Zappify mosquito zappers that they charge me $127,00 without my consent. This price would have bought 4 zappers if I wanted them.
Do not trust them with your information. I'm appealing this through PayPal. They are counterfeit copies and this is a SCAM.

Product quit after 2 weeks. E-mailed the company (no phone number that I could find) and never received a response from them. Now its been over 30 days (the length of their warranty) so I stuck with a loss of $48.00 and an unusable product.

I bought multiple Zappify units to protect my young grandchildren and myself from annoying itchy mosquito bites on our deck. The units had to keep being charged and the only thing they attracted was small gnats or fly's. The advertisement showed hundreds of mosquitoes being poured out of the trap! That was a gross exaggeration! This is a cheap unit, being marked up so high, with profit to the makers and useless and frustrating to customers!

WOULD NOT GIVE THEM 1 STAR, IT WOULD BE MINUS 5 STARS. ONLY WAY YOU CAN WRITE A REVIEW. BOUGHT 1 ZAPPER @ $53.93 AND PAID $8 MORE TO ADD WARRANTY, LESS THEN 2 MONTHS IT QUIT WORKING.TRYING FOR 2 MONTHS TO GET A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND, PREFER REFUND SINCE IT ONLY ATTRACTED A FEW MOSQUITOES AND KILLED WAY TO MANY GOOD INSECTS. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN PUT OUT OF BUSSINES THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALL THE PHONE NUMBERS GO TO A VM. HOPE MORE PEOPLE SEE THIS BEFORE PURCHASING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM ZAPPIFY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO JUST THROW AWAY I GOT SCEWED OUT OF $62.00 ( NO VASELINE EITHER ) SOME A LOT MORE THEN THAT

BAD! Only worked one time then never was able to charge the unit to use a second time. Bought “lifetime warranty “ and customer service is saying I did not request return or replacement within 30 days so I am out of luck. Total B.S! Don’t buy this product! SCAM!

Zappify does not work. After 1 week, there was 3 insects in it, not 1 mosquito. Also, the company will give you a difficult time returning the product and make you pay to return product and will not give you back the tax or shipping fee that you paid them. DONT BUY!!! It’s a SPAM!!!

I bought three-two work well, the other is a dud. I don’t seem to be able to connect with any customer service to have the dud replaced. VERY frustrating!

If there was a 0 that would be my grade. DO NOT BUY. customer service is atrocious too. Beware.

I ordered 1 zappify mosquito light in June and I was charged 83.92for 1 and then a few days later charged 121.83 for 2 more plus and upgrade for 8.00. This was all us so total was US funds 213.75 but for us Canadians was 306.90. They had a 100% guarantee if done with in 30 days. I had ordered one for 35.00 Cdn from Amazon and tried it for 2 weeks as the others had not arrived and I called Zappify and I was going away for 2 weeks so did not even open the package as the one from Amazon was a complete disappointment. I called today as I have lost $41.29 Us and that means 70.50 Cdn plus return shipping of 35.00. So a total of over 100.00. Do not trust these people as it is nothing but a huge scam.
BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A SCAM

What a scam of a company Zappify Pro / Sapience Group LLC! Buyer be ware is an understatement. Bought three of their bug zappers for $123.51and not a single one of them worked. The only way to get to customer services is not easy but I did finally make contact with them via text. They first offered me a 30% refund which I declined. They sent me a reply text saying that the refund ticket has expired (1) day after the first text. Then I reached out again and they offered me a 40% refund. I declined and asked for a return shipping label. They will not pay for a returned items so I said I would pay for the return and wanted my full refund. They agreed, and I sent the products back via UPS. While this was going on, the debit card which I made the purchase through Pay Pay was hacked with a matter of hours after they agreed to a full refund. Naturally, I canceled my original debit card so the refund I was promised is now in limbo and the refund was $31.00 dollars short of a full refund. Pay Pal is "USELESS" in these situations that involve scam companies.

This business is a scam. 1) bought 2, first one would not charge or come on after a week. 2) that one replaced by a third, which didn’t work from the start, never has3) The “working” one, with mosquitoes everywhere, killed 0. 4) didn’t select pay for warranty but got charged anyway 5) customer service is a computer NO people read anything6) paid $90, with shipping, svc charge, warranty for two7) credited $12 which I repeatedly said was not acceptable. TOTAL SCAM- DONT BUY
