This is third Candy Heat pump tumble dryer in 2 years. They seem to stop working in less than a year or so and just stop sending water to the reservoir. ( Compressor goes bad according to engineer) Prior to this we had 2 Hotpoint Heat pump tumble dryers which had same issue. So now were at 5 units albeit i think they are all the same underneath. We get new units with our warranty but its become a real hassle as these are built in units so not that easy to install as these are same model but not same size for door fittings which is odd. All we can do now is wait for somebody like Bosch to build a heat pump Built in unit but until then were in this endless loop of misery

This is our 3rd heat pump tumble dryer that has needed replaced so good to have the warranty with Domestic general.

The replacement process does work just needs bit of refinement to make it a bit faster as it takes 2-3 weeks to get the actual replacement to your house.
2-3 weeks can be a bit long if its your washing machine or oven .

The Candy engineer came quickly within 2 days and was very good.
The folks that we contacted were all nice and helpful and didn't wait too long to get through.

Very good communications about visit and very knowledgeable engineer with good set of spares .

A small delay but was sorted quickly and driver was excellent in getting pallet onto our drive of the road. A good price for bagged white cobbles so very pleased overall
