We do feel it’s worth mentioning that sometimes things can get a little misconstrued over email, as tone doesn’t always come across in the way it’s intended. Please know that nothing we wrote was meant negatively, and our aim is always to keep communication open and constructive.
We would also like to clarify that we do not add batteries to the monitors, as they come already packaged from the supplier.
We really value being able to work through things together, and we hope we can continue to do so in a positive way.
