Review of Action Fraud
Absolutely useless. I think that they are using AI to answer fraud crime claims. The answer to my query was replied to almost immediately which made me think that the claim hadn't been read properly.
They said identity theft wasn't a crime. Stealing from a bank account wasn't a crime.

The worst delivery service I have encountered. Parcel apparently went to wrong address. Then told it would be next day, didn't arrive, three days later and still waiting for delivery which still hasn't happened.
