This company is not legit. Received curtains, described as blackout thermal curtains. By far not blackout or thermal. Tried to return, this is the response I received from customer service.
"We're sorry to hear that you didn't like it but at this point, we are forced to leave some of our reception workers off for a period as the recent Corona outbreak has reached a critical level. Regards, so we are sorry that we cannot accept the customer to return the product to avoid losing the goods: (I hope you will understand". This is unacceptable for a legitimate company. Very sketchy business. BEWARE! This was over $350 this company took me for. Sad some companies can not be trusted.
