DESKTOP CRASHES MANY TIMES PER USE

Have actually TT for 30+ years with only modest confusion. (Our return is complicated.) Decided to use Desktop instead of Online this year. It was cheaper & let me do "what if" exercises easily. Also forms mode is very useful. WRONG!! Crashes several times after each launch (just vanishes). Seems to work later. Only give it 2 stars for past usefulness. Slow/frustrating!!

Totally useless

Totally useless! Spent 2.5 hours in many attempts, trying to get IRS pin for just one of us--personal data, driver's license photos, selfies. Used every phone # I am connected with in several attempts. FAILED EVERY TIME. IRS should use a bit of their big funding increase to replace these guys. Very frustrating.

MAG SHRINKS SUBSCRIPTION LENGTH,CONTENT

I have noted the magazine going downhill in the last few years (long term subscriber, see later comments), but also in the last few years, they have also shrunk my subscription TWICE, moving the end date backward by a total of 3 months (Feb 24 to Dec 23 to Nov 23, the last just a week ago). They do NOT appear to have reduced the number of issues they skip yearly.

Having subscribed for many years, I note that useful, interesting content has been replaced with staff political opinions and social lectures. Some issues have half or more of the pages devoted to such stuff.

They are shorting me in both quality and quantity.
