Ordered small item on 5th June

Ordered small item on 5th June, surprised at over £7 postage for what is a small box of size labels , but needed it quickly so paid it. 6 alleged attempts by their couriers to deliver, none of which actually WERE attempted, at all times they claimed to have attempted delivery, our shop was open - had to involve Morplan customer services who then contacted delivery company. finally today after 7 notified delivery attempts the small item arrived. 13 days on from making the order. Very bad service, and exorbitant charges for postage. Requested i be given a postage refund for complete lack of service from their courier, and this has now been sorted by Morplan, but they tell me they cannot post out by a different method other than this courier, so sadly I won't be able to shop again, as they seem not to want to delivery to St. Ives.

I am just SO pleased I found Gavin at…

I am just SO pleased I found Gavin at Thrive! I was feeling lost with my online shop, but I now feel really enthusiastic about it. Got everything transferred over to Thrive which I was dreading as I didn't understand much but Gavin talked me through it and it worked seamlessly. Any requests for help are followed up and actioned very quickly, a really professional outfit! Thank you

booking experience is fine until you…

booking experience is fine until you hit a problem.
It is impossible to get through on the phone and there is no live chat or email assistance.
the website will not let me add the travel information which you have to fill in for the government site. Just going to have to turn up for the booking and hope the onsite office is staffed to sort it!

Terrible customer service. Non existent!

following a change of telephone as previous one was broken, I was unable to log on to online banking, I visited the branch for help, and was told during covid I had to telephone and they gave me a number. I tried telephoning and was told telephone service for me had been suspended - as I had never used it (because I only use online!) I have waited patiently for activation codes for the online to be sent by post. twice they arrived after their expiry date (the latest taking 18 days to arrive) and one never turned up at all. I have applied for a new telephone security number, this has arrived but I cannot get through to speak to anyone and can't activate it. The latest call just cut me off. Whilst I can draw cash out of a machine with my card, and see my balance, I can't currently do any other transactions and I am at my wits end with it. Tomorrow, I feel my only option is another visit to Penzance HSBC and basically I am going to refuse to leave till someone helps me. No appointments are showing as available (another covid excuse!) and this is just an absolutely stupid situation where I am receiving little or no help at all.

Hopeless organisation

We regularly import goods from Ireland for our business. Expecting 3 large boxes from Ireland- paid dpd the import charges, quick service with delivery of 2 of the 3 boxes the next day to Cornwall. However, third, with around £500 of stock in it is missing. no one will help me as I am not the sender, and the sender is being told all 3 were delivered. I would NEVER send any of our own parcels with DPD. Our local delivery driver and local depot are very helpful, but DPD international/Ireland are absolutely useless. Time after time we have a box missing. Its been going on for months. Totally fed up with DPD!
