Hopper is my new go-to app for airline travel. For reasons beyond my control, I had to delay my return trip from Chicago to Venice. Trying to contact the airline was frustrating to say the least and when I was able to get an answer, it was no, apparently due to the fare base of my original ticket. I contacted the support staff at Hopper. They answered me immediately and stepped in with amazing efficiency. They were able to get my return trip delayed with no cost to me. They were great!
