Gosh that is interesting - it takes Miele 3 weeks to respond to a complaint with no resolution - see my previous review - yet they can respond to a public complaint immediately. What they write in their response is blatantly untrue in my experience. Lets see how they now respond. Maybe I will be able to up the stars!! Doesn't seem like I can add a new thread so just updating on this. Finally Miele did get back to me with many apologies and a willingness to give me a fixed price repair. Unfortunately too late as I had already scrapped the dishwasher and bought a new one - but they are refunding original service call out. Lady who rang from Miele was very understanding and supportive. Just a pity this sort of response could not have happened earlier - trust somewhat restored.

Don't buy Miele. Shocking customer experience and poor quality product. In the past always bought Miele - never again. Dishwasher leaked from pump just after 2 year warranty - electronics board died after 5 years. Thought I was booking a fixed price repair because of the way their website works but it is unclear and confusing. Then was told would have to pay 500 pounds on top of call out to have it repaired. Tried to get this sorted as thought I had booked fixed price repair. Over 2 weeks of endless calls with awful customer complaints responses and in the end no resolution. They promised regularly to call back and never did. Meanwhile I was left with no dishwasher for 3 weeks. Decided to give up and buy a Bosch which is rated better than Miele by Which. If Miele deliberately wanted to loose a loyal customer they did a perfect job.

Purchased a pair of ATR 5 Challenger trail shoes two years ago. I have run on average less than 2.5 km per week. After 2 years the shoe mesh has split in multiple places especially around the toes. I have never had a pair of running shoes in my life that have failed so badly and so quickly. I expect to be able to keep using shoes that have lost their spring as secondary shoes when I buy new ones. I contacted Hoka One One and it was a polite "tough luck" we provide a one year warranty. I can only assume from their response that they consider such failure normal for their shoes and so recommend buying a different brand if you want a more robust shoe that lasts. A pity as they are super comfortable and otherwise a great shoe
