Elvie truly has amazing customer…

Elvie truly has amazing customer service. Whether it is issues with your parts needing replaced or your actual pump motors themselves. They genuinely go above and beyond. They’re very prompt in coming up with a solution and get your replacements to you (if needed), ASAP. I was shocked how fast I received mine. They’re extremely kind and truly listen to any issues you have. I will always recommend Elvie pumps (particularly the Double OG)! To every mom who’s nursing and pumping. I absolutely adore my Elvie OG double pumps. Thank you, Elvie and your amazing team.

Excellent prompt customer service I…

Excellent prompt customer service I highly recommend. My issues were addressed immediately and resolved immediately and I received my replacements/parts the next day! I couldn’t ask for a smoother better purpose.

Elvie Double wireless breast pumps

I absolutely love my Elvie Doubles! I would highly recommend to any mama looking for a hands free pump. It definitely does have slightly less suction than other wearable pumps available however I will just use my rechargeable wall plug in one or hand pump to completely empty the rest. Sometimes not all the time. It’s literally in all seriousness theeee most quiet pump I’ve ever used (and I’ve used SEVERAL DIFFERENT PUMPS. TO BE EXACT IVE USED THIRTEEN PUMPS BOTH TUBES AND CORDS AS WELL AS COMPLETELY WIRE FREE IN BRA). The Elvie double is always the one I reach for whenever I need to pump and extremely easy to use.

Early adapter program glitch horrible customer service and ignored emails on products

Glitch in system even though I was one of the first to place my order for the new adopter program ended up not getting it. Really wanted to try your products out because I was going to see if I should wait for the new one to come out or just purchase the Elvie double pump that’s been around for a while but has lots of mixed reviews as far as effectiveness. So I was hesitant to invest that much in a product along with purchasing separately 21mm shields as well. So I was very upset about this and that it wasn’t corrected and now I’m not receiving my adopter product even though it’s not my fault whatsoever supposedly the system had a glitch I emailed them immediately as well about a concern with my order I got an order confirmation number immediately after but never the email so they definitely should have made this right. I then inquired about if there’s any possible rental/trial program I could pay for weekly or monthly to at the very least try the double Elvie prior to investing in such a large purchase with very mixed reviews makes me extremely hesitant. Since I didn’t get to try the adopter program product out I was at least hoping for this even if I had to pay for my he rental or trial period of it. So the customer service was a huge let down as well since they could and should have corrected this because they’d known I’d placed my order IMMEDIATELY and since they haven’t done so nor ANY COMMUNICATION BACK about double Elvie since obviously this one is out of the question now. I’m very upset and let down I definitely expected better customer service than this now I genuinely am hesitant on purchasing the double elvie not only due to the extreme mixed reviews but also customer service. I’d very much love to try the double elvie and I’d purchase it if I knew it actually worked but having read all the issues not enough suction not charging or turning on doesn’t extract nearly enough milk breasts still full etc. I’d have loved to hear back on the possibility of even paying for a rental typo period something. I wish I could say I loved my experience but I absolutely can’t. I SO MUCH wanted to try your double elvie as my baby is only just three mos old as of yesterday. This wasn’t okay and should have been corrected in some way by one off the pumps or something that’s what I signed up for since the glitch I feel it’s fair to ask to be able to then At least try the double elvie. Yet get completely unacknowledged. I definitely expected more from elvie.

With regards to a trial period for Elvie Pump, unfortunately as Elvie Pump is a single user, intimate product and is registered as such with the FDA, we are not able to offer our a trial period as the Pump is intended to be used by a single person only. Elvie Pump comes with a two year warranty, therefore in the unlikely event of a malfunction, please get in touch with our customer care team and they’ll be happy to assist.
