This is the only shop I've seen that does not look at all terrifying. All the products are presented almost as if the cages are a must-have. Nice work!

I have never had such appalling service from a tour operate. We have tried for 2 days to book a holiday using our credit from a previous cancelled holiday. After waiting several hours each day to get through on the phone, we have eventually got through to someone only to be cut off 3 times mid conversation. They do not deserve our business

Ok so it took me 3 times to get what i ordered correct. My order was broken the 1st time. I call for a replacement and they send me the order but with the wrong name on it. The 3rd time well over a month later I get the correct order but boxed differently and missing the container the original was supposed to come in. I will say the 3 people I talked to each time were very nice on the phone but this was not a good experience with the cost of the products.
