The product does not hold power

The product does not hold power. It
does not charge properly. The yellow light comes on for about 1 min. and then goes out, the green light never comes on.

it is not worth the money

it is not worth the money. I got a list of 'supposed' relatives I never heard and gotcha is that my siblings were not listed.
The only thing I got was the list; very disappointing. Of course, for more money, you can get more data. It's rip-off.

Hello Chris.

We're grateful to you for sharing your feedback and submitting a review to our team. We regret to hear that your results have not met your expectations and will do all we can to help you make the most from your results. It is essential to note that we can only genetically match you to other members who have carried out our test. This currently numbers over 21 million people and you will continue to receive new matches from distant to close relatives depending on who participates in the test.

AncestryDNA test is an autosomal test which provides results based on both your paternal and maternal line. When we provide you with your DNA matches, we would issue you with our estimate of the likely biological relationship you share with your match e.g half sibling, 1st cousin ,Parent etc and you may examine the amount of centimorgans you share with this match. You will share about 2,400–2,800 centimorgans with a full sibling
and 1,300–2,200 centimorgans with a half sibling. However, should your siblings not have taken part in our test or have opted out of this service, then they will not appear in your DNA match list. Despite this, you can build a family tree and input any person you wish into your tree. We will provide some information on how to make sense of your matches and get started with tree building below should you be new to researching with us.

We would also like to reassure you that you maintain full access to your ethnicity estimate and DNA matches without any need to subscribe to our separate subscription service. Our subscriptions provide access to our historical record collections and family tree database and can be accessed regardless of whether you have a DNA test or not. It can act as a great complement to your results but there is no need to subscribe unless you wish to carry out this alternative type of research. The guide below will outline this topic in more detail should you like more clarity on this issue.
