Painted sill and door on my van. The bead of the weld should have been filled in, I had to have them take the van back to replace the masking tape they had left under the van to put the 2 polystyrene covers back on which was left on the passenger seat. I was told by the manager that when my van left their place everything was working, but when I received it back the first time I drove it the radio didn’t work neither did the cruise control system and when I questioned the manager why he said everything was working he said that it came back with so many faults, that’s strange as I had the rac out the day before as my adblue was low so I asked him if he would hook my van to see if he could clear the faults and it and there wasn’t no faults apart from the radio and cruise control, he said that it was a Citroen dealer diagnostic of theirs that can clear the 2 faults. I had to have an auto electrician to fix the radio as they pulled fuse out under the glove box out and put it back in the wrong place, the manager said they never touched under there but fuses don’t jump do they ?. The work they have done is shoddy, the outer lower trim is not in line with the front door, I got paint runs, I thought they had given a welding gun and spray gun to children and the quality control should be re trained if work comes out like that. I would advise that you give them a wide berth when thinking of taking it to Halo, they are liars but try to make out that I was in the wrong, the only thing good is they replaced the fuel they used going back and forth from mine to theirs.
