Repair engineer Gary was very polite and diagnosed the issue on my new boiler with ease and explained his findings in non technical layman language - much appreciated. Repair and checks were completed within 30min. House is warm again!!

Jerome was fantastic at answering my questions about wifi coverage in my home and giving me very useful tips and advice about options. It honestly was the best customer service I have received from any internet provider over 15years. Jerome is a credit to community fibre. I hope he picks up the phone again in the event if another technical query.
