Great choice!
After numerous surgeries and long periods of inactivity I had to figure out a way to ease back into shape. I had low energy and lost significant strength. I was skeptical about starting back at 69 years old, but quickly realized this was the perfect situation for me. There is emphasis on proper form and my trainer had obvious knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. As former teacher and athlete I knew what I needed to do and I am very particular about how to train. I have been going for 3 months and honestly could not have made a better choice. The Perfect Workout is just that, perfect!
