To begin with- claiming a refund…

To begin with- claiming a refund appeared to be a daunting task as I couldn’t prove my little accident but after speaking to someone we were able to come to a solution… It was a shame I missed the show I had purchased tickets for so I was very happy to be able to get a refund in the end…
