A warning for wholesale customers buying Yoto... Do not buy from them! I am missing items from my wholesale order and I have emailed them multiple times in the past few weeks with no response. I contacted them on their customer helpline and they just fob you off by saying to email the retail inbox. This is our first experience with them and we are not happy to say the least.

Brilliant. After being scammed by another unlocking company I thought they were all the same. I couldn't believe it when I found this website that could unlock my old Nokia 6310i for free. Tbh I thought it was a scam because it was free but it worked perfectly. Thank you for providing this great service.
We were told we had to hire someone to fix a very simple problem of the fact that the product quantity wasn't syncing when a customer selected a new product. I understand having to hire if we wanted something like a huge customisable thing but to fix something that should be Shopifys responsibility? Why are we being made to pay more money to fix a problem that's a basic function of the system.
Their customer service is slow but helpful. It seems like they're understaffed. There are a lot of bugs in their EPOS system which they haven't fixed, yet keep bringing out unnecessary 'upgrades' like the new product adding feature that actually slows down the process. We went with Vend which was suggested by StoreKit, I wouldn't recommend them earlier as they also have slow customer service.

While I can understand how it might seem from the outside, the teams working on adding features to Vend and the team working to resolve issues are separate so I assure you that the adding of new features is not slowing down any effort to resolve issues our retailers might be facing.
We did have a period of high volume of requests for a while there due to a number of factors but the response times for support have been coming down drastically of late so I'm sure we can do better next time on that, but if you'd like to talk about this more or provide any additional feedback or would like to have me look at any particular issue for you please email the address above and I'll be glad to discuss it with you.
