No product, no communication

Utterly disgusted to have paid in good faith for a booking only to then be told that the space I had paid for through Cool Camping wasn’t actually available, having already told my children and seeing how happy they were I am now going to have to tell them I’ve been sold a holiday that wasn’t available. Cool Camping themselves haven’t even informed me of this either. I will avoid this company when booking any further holidays to save any further disappointment.
