Needed a new boiler as have a newborn baby and when running the hot water for a bath, it was only working intermittently.
Parts were obsolete, so not ideal, I found myself needing a new boiler whilst I am on maternity leave!
Called British Gas for a quote (who were extortionate!) and then luckily found Boiler Central online.
Initial call with Rebecca who talked us through the process and arranged a quote. Their fixed prices seemed much more reasonable, and included some extras like a guarantee which is important for piece of mind.
We were quoted on the Weds, discussed with partner that evening and decided to proceed on Thursday. New Boiler installed on Friday!
All communication sent promptly and was clear too.
Can't ask for better than that! Engineers were friendly and courteous, explained everything before and after the job and they left no mess as they went to extra effort to protect carpets etc before commencing work and cleaned up after themselves. They also installed much quicker than I expected.
Boiler Central after care and follow ups were also great and theyve registered the boiler with Worcester Bosch too to save me a job. All in all, great customer experience from start to finish and would highly recommend. Job card -BC/11634
