Needs improvement
Shame I cant leave no stars. Returned an online order to be deducted £28.00 for returning an "unwearable" item. All items were returned overnight in the same new condition they were received in. When I discussed with an advisor I was told to take it up with a third party as there was nothing they could do and the email trail ended. So they have kept an item and charged me for it too. Disgraceful practice and obviously very profitable for them.
Edit 19.07.25: Having been contacted by customer services the day after I left this review I have now been refunded the additional £28.00 so have changed this review to 3 stars. I am naturally pleased with the outcome but should not have had to go through this in the first place. Shout out to Roy in customer services who got in touch and promptly sorted this out.
