The package was delivered to the wrong address and the photo evidence of delivery was so blurred it was impossible to work out where it may have been delivered. Also this item was very expensive and required a signature. I did not sign for this delivery. Presently I don’t know where this package is.

Have been prompted to review via email but no reference to which product or service. Overall my experience with Crocus has always been excellent. The plants for my perennial borders are thriving. I did recieve one Yarrow plant that was a bit lacklustre and didn’t last long when planted out but Crocus replaced it like for like with no quibble or charge which I really appreciated as plants are not cheap. I love their Inspiration pages as well - I am a total novice and have only recently started to appreciate my garden. I would say Crocus and the RHS website are my favourite sources of information and advice, and o course plants!

I bought AA car insurance for the first time this year as it was the cheapest quote. You can’t call them to make changes without being charged £25! I need to add a named driver. Logging in to my account on the website never works - it has being saying service not available since I started the policy - it doesn’t even have my policy number in the account details! I’ve resorted to the chat service which is taking so long and I’ve tried three times to get a response. I’m very annoyed that I just went for the cheapest quote as you clearly get what you pay for. In fairness they offered to waive the fee to make a change but it took so long to get any answers I ran out of time and had to leave the chat. If you can’t speak to a human without being charged a ridiculous sum then the alternative services need to be excellent - neither the AI, agent chat or online account services are fit for purpose for busy people or indeed anyone who values their time.

I’m not sure how useful this review will be to other consumers as I’ve only planted this Blueberry recently! However as I keep being prompted to give my thoughts I can say delivery was fast, the bare
root dormant plant was healthy. I’ve planted it outside, in a pot full of erichaceous compost, to be a pollinating companion to another blueberry purchased elsewhere. Just had storm Kathleen and it’s stayed in place in its pot. Little buds forming three weeks after planting out. Hopefully will be a productive bush.

I wish I'd taken a 'before' picture as the results of Nick's work are stunning. I've had a set of six copper saucepans for nearly 20 years, never had them refurbished and they were pretty much bashed about and no lining left. They are now beautiful, glowing and like new. Excellent communication , fast turnaround and delivered by a reputable courier. Very happy customer!

It was so easy to order a new pair of glasses, I had my recent prescription and I was so easy to take a picture of it and text it to the company. The glasses arrived in about a week and were a great price and excellent quality. It’s so easy to do my old man’s going to get some too!

Just what I was looking for in a day to day bag - perfect size for keys purse glasses and a notebook, love the strap options for cross body and shoulder and love the colour. Also excellent price - I was looking at something similar for £300 when I came across this on fat face. Love it
