We were helped by Jason at the Lancing store who was also training a new member of staff but he gave the right amount of attention to us the customer as well as his new colleague

Awful campsite at Glenmore Ballycastle
Facilities were disgusting
Not cleaned in the 3 nights we were there, bins not emptied, toilet rolls not replenished
The touring sites are behind a bank so no views at all whereas the tents had fantastic views
Pub/restaurant wasn’t open
Will not return, will actively discourage people to go. Such a shame as could be a perfect site due to it’s location

Review of Sykes Holiday Cottages
A truly lovely holiday enabling all our family to get together after such a long time
Excellent facilities that accommodated all ages from 3 to 93! ( literally)
Good location for sightseeing and activities
My only reservation is the very busy and noisy road which sprung to life at 05.15 till late at night. The lovely weather necessitated us having windows open so we couldn’t get away from the noise. Also, as this house slept up to 10 people it’s likely that three cars would be arriving but there is only parking for two.
Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay
