Such a great experience. Our item was out of stock so delivery was delayed - but they kept me updated and responded to any emails etc. when they delivered they were great - we were planning to do it ourselves but had trouble. Mike went out of his way to help and support. Great company / great customer service. Looking forward to using our sauna. Highly recommend.

Terrible company / terrible customer service. Placed small Xmas order all made terribly. One item large plastic big sticking out grandson hurt himself on. Emails sent : social media no response. Have advised am throwing the damaged dangerous item out today. Then will close my account and never use again. Avoid

Very poor connection - cannot use with sky properly. Have had to buy meshes and hope they work
After speaking with Leon today (13th) he has helped and supported so much. And reinstated my faith.
