Fawlty sizing and no full refunds

I bought a dress on sale from their website because I was unsure about the sizing and quality. I ended up liking it, so I decided to order the same dress in my preferred color. Same style, same size—just a different color. But guess what? The second dress is at least 10 cm wider and doesn’t fit. It’s seriously a full size bigger!
Mikuta agreed to accept the return, but they won’t cover the shipping costs because “the size is as ordered.” Technically, it is not—the size might be labeled the same, but the actual measurements are clearly off.
Very disappointed. Poor quality control and bad service. You can’t trust the sizing even within the same product!

After reviewing the case, we see that some important details (such as the exact difference in measurements and product pictures) were left out of the conversation, which made it harder for us to assess the situation properly. Niet (te) doen!

Ondanks alle slechte reviews hebben we toch het risico genomen. We hebben een tuinset besteld (bestelno. FYBCLNPHR) : 1 tafel en 4 stoelen ; wat een spijt. We kregen na lang afwachten op vrijdag 31 maart een pakket afgeleverd: deze bleek zonder stoelen.
Hierover hebben we het formulier ingevuld (je kan niet gewoon contact opnemen, alles gaat via formulieren. Je moet foto's sturen, kopie paspoort, etc). Bijna 2 weken verder en intussen nog 3 (!!!) formulieren op de site ingevuld met verzoek om contact: EN WE HEBBEN NOG NIETS GEHOORD.
Intussen komt de vakantie aan, familie blijft logeren etc: en we hebben geen tuinstoelen, geen idee waar ze zijn en we horen niets van de winkel. Is dit nu een scam of wat?

Voor het geval SKLUM dit op postNL schuift: die zeggen dat er maar een track&trace was op 1 pakket. DIe van de tafel dus. De stoelen zijn nooit verstuurd.

Excellent

Excellent! Nice products and website, fast delivery with updates. Only thing is that i ordered 2 things seperately, the other order wasnt sorted yet.. it’s a pity the orders werent put together (saves delivery footprint).. Thats the only feedback i have :)

Unfortunately, orders cannot be put together as they are taken in charge individually by the warehouse, one at a time, they would not have had the possibility to have them joined.

In the beginning they do follow-ups and…

In the beginning they do follow-ups and give calls (motnhly subscription), but as soon as you subscribe longterm they only cash in and dont care where you are or what happened. Theyve been cashing from my account for three years without asking why they never saw me (i was badly injured and not able to train). When i rang the alarmbell about what happened they just sent me the random 'sorry you're leaving' email. Theyre even making me pay another month!!! disgraceful.

Soms duurt het ècht lang MAAR..

Soms duurt het ècht lang voor iets aankomt dus met haast moet je niet bij Homerr zijn. Er zijn wel redenen dat ze niet de snelsten zijn en dat heeft oa te maken met het tegengaan van verspilling. Daar teken ik wel voor :) Verder is altijd alles netjes bezorgd, erg tevreden!
