One star is too many. Currently actually on hold with them. It’s just not worth it. I will happily pay €100 for a provider that has customer service. I got the box nearly 3 weeks ago and they never contacted me to install. I have had to contact them each time which is 30 mins of waiting, 10 mins of someone who hasn’t a clue followed by another 30 mins of waiting. Honest to God use your hotspot, to the neighbours WiFi, go for a walk but WHAT EVER YOU DO. Do NOT GET VIRGIN MEDIA. FYI I’m now hitting 50 mins on the phone and still no body to talk to. I’m actually calling to cancel. Couldn’t even tell you what the actual WiFi is like because I don’t know.

Ordered a rice cooker. Everything went well. Shipping was late but that was okay. Got the product 3 weeks ago and it never worked. Constantly emailing them every day about a return. They won't email me shipping label. And won't give me a refund now without the product even though I am the one who wants to send it back.
STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Excellent Gym. I changed from another gym in limerick to this one because of there vast range of equipment. Staff are extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to. It also works out cheaper than any other one in limerick area + it has more machines and free weights too. Happy days 😁
