Communication poor

Communication poor, in fact non existent, no news on whether claim is approved in over a week, not acceptable

Thank you for your review. We can see that our customer service team has been in touch and provided an update. Your claim is currently on hold while we await your pet’s medical history from your vet. Once we receive this information, we’ll be able to complete the assessment and confirm the outcome.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Order arrived over a week after expected delivery date, I emailed, received a standard response to be patient!! Eventually got through to Toby in customer services, clearly didn’t have a clue what he was doing, saying- no apology whatsoever, in unbelievable, he said ‘let me give you some advice’ at that point I gave up with him, emailed customer services saying I wanted to return pathetic looking plants, that was 4 days ago…heard nothing and couldn’t get through by phone again, waited 20 minutes and gave up!!!

Order has not arrived

Order has not arrived, ordered over a week ago, very poor!!

Unhelpful!!!

Unfortunately, I couldn’t get through by phone/manage my booking section on app so resorted to web chat for what I thought was a very basic/simple request for a king size bed (not specified anywhere on the web)…I was told to contact the hotel directly, however their contact details are nowhere to be found (I so don’t usually have difficulty obtaining these details) so my request is still unanswered!!!
Very poor, very unlikely to use Love Holidays again

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and feedback. I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with the service that you have received from loveholidays and if we have not lived up to your expectations.

When making a specific request such as the bed size we do advise our customers to contact the hotel directly. As your booking agent, we can only provide you with the hotel and room type.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble obtaining the hotel contact details. I will send you a message via Manage My Booking with this information.
