Expensive car insurance

Expensive car insurance. Would have renewed even though dearer by £185 than other quotes. I would have welcomed a tiny discount. Not £1 off.

Every little helps?? Really.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Hours on phone to change the delivery address. Gave up in end. Easier to cancel and buy again. took hours as well. They took both payments and still delivering go wrong address. First Customer service assistant told me wrong. Wasted ages trying to explain to PayPal when didn’t need to. Now going to have to travel 90 mins to collect from wrong address and then have to deal with the shop for a refund.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

If the delivery does arrive before the retailer has time to cancel the order, please refuse the delivery.

Said over weight

Said over weight. My scales and post office said differently. I used to use you for business parcels. I did this one privately and the same parcel is suddenly over weight!!!!!!!!
Back to Royal Mail. Just as bad but they weigh at point of despatch. Even has check to change an additional charge. Bad service

Beware of using them

Beware of using them. Saying parcel over weight. My business sends lots through them with no problem using Evri. Did a parcel with them not as business. Suddenly it’s over weight. Checked on scales. They are wrong. It’s not worth disputing. I’ll pay the charge and the “ additional handling charge”. Looks like back to Parcel Force. Won’t be much better. They are all shocking. I’d have no business if mine ran like theirs.

Shocking service

Shocking service. Now on 2 “failed to deliver”. Cant get in touch. The shut at 5:30. 2nd day I’ve had plumber waiting. This is getting an expensive job. No idea when part will arrive.

first delivery address refused the order of the tap.
The replacement tracking shows out for delivery today
to the billing address.
