Gift card catch 22 nightmare
Received two gift cards totalling £150 to spend on Trouva, ts&cs state: '5. To redeem a Trouva Gift Card, simply make a purchase on Trouva.com and enter the unique 12 digit code at checkout where indicated before you make your purchase.' there is nowhere on any of the payments pages to enter this 12 digit code. Emailed customer support and received a generic 'how to pay' response which omitted anything to do with gift card payments, tried to call customer service line 3 times before 4:30pm and despite the automated response stating that they are open until 6pm BST no one answered on any attempts. So now have £150 worth of useless credit, and no way to request a refund to the person who purchased it for me?? Ridiculous payments process for such a supposedly well established company.
